The customer agrees to the following terms & conditions when hiring an Inflatable Bouncer(s) from Hamilton Party Hire (HPH) or Tauranga Party Hire (TPH).

A deposit is required to secure a booking with balance being payable upon pick up or delivery.

A Refundable Bond of $100.00 incl. GST is payable for each Inflatable Bouncer and will be refunded by cheque to the nominated address 24 hours after return, so the branch has time to inflate and check the bouncer for damage. If the Inflatable Bouncer has any tears, rips, stains, or damage that was not present when it was hired, the bond will be retained by HPH / TPH.

The Inflatable Bouncers are hired on the basis that the customer will erect and dismantle the product as per the instruction sheet provided.  If the customer has any problems with installation they should contact the branch where they collected the product or call 0800-800-002 to ask for assistance.
The customer hereby accepts that for any use of the Inflatable Bouncers they will ensure:

• The equipment is erected on a flat lawn surface or if erected on a concrete surface will provide sufficient ground cover for the bouncer (equipment should never be dragged along concrete surfaces).
• The equipment is operated under the strict supervision of a responsible adult at all times.
• No food, drink, or jewelry of any kind is taken onto the Inflatable Bouncer.
• No children over the age of ten (10), adults, or animals are allowed on the Inflatable Bouncer.
• No child plays near the fan or on the bouncer with shoes or sharp objects.
• The equipment (including the fan) is not under any circumstances operated in the rain or high winds.  If rain starts, the Bouncer must be deflated and moved to shelter immediately.
• A standard 3 pin plug power supply is to be made available within extension cord reach.  
• If the fan ceases to work, all children are to be removed as quickly as possible from the equipment.
• The customer acknowledges that HPH or TPH has offered the equipment in proper working order fit for use as intended by Hirer as from the time of collection of equipment.
• The customer agrees to read the affixed specification sheet on the inflatable bouncer and adhere to the manufacturers requirements regarding number of children allowed on the bouncer at one time as well as age group and weight restrictions.

Upon hiring the customer hereby accepts responsibility for the loss or damage to property and/or injury to any person/s resulting from the use or operation of the Inflatable Bouncers and hereby indemnifies HPH or TPH against any claims which may arise from any person/s.

Upon hiring the customer hereby accepts full responsibility in the event that the Inflatable Bouncer is lost or damaged beyond repair whilst in the customers care and will be liable for the full replacement cost plus any additional costs that HPH or TPH may incur in replacing the product.
